*The card payment date will be the date based on the membership agreement of each credit card company.
*Payment for purchases, etc. is limited to credit cards designated for use by our company. (VISA, MASTER, JCB, AMEX).
*If you pay by credit card, your credit card will be authorized on the website when you place your order. Please note that the use of the card and the order cannot be confirmed without this approval. Payment will be made when we confirm your order. Please note that the order date and payment date are not necessarily the same day.

We use DHL, Fedex and EMS depending on the best solution for a given territory.

RETURNS POLICY

Returns are possible but the customer must contact us at customer-support@master-piece.co.jp within a period of 7 days after receipt of the goods.  After confirming the return conditions, the goods must be returned to:

Important note
CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR BEARING THE COSTS OF RETURNING THE ITEM TO JAPAN THEMSELVES, in all cases except in those of a defective product or a mistake in which the wrong product was sent. In such cases master-piece covers the return costs.
We do not cover costs of returns in any other cases.
In the rare case of a defective product, please contact customer-support@master-piece.co.jp and after confirmation ship the item to:

Returns are not possible in the following cases:
● Items that have been clearly used or worn.
●   Items that are in sale or discounted at time of purchase
● Items that have been soiled or damaged by the customer.
● Products whose tags or accessories have been lost.
● Items that have been washed.
● When the condition at the time of return is significantly different from the condition at the time of delivery. (Including box and accessories) *Exchanges are only for color or size changes with the same product number. Please note that we cannot accept exchanges for products with different part numbers.

We endeavour to create the best quality imagery of all products on our website and are not responsible for any discrepancies that the customer may feel exist between imagery on the website and the actual product.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed after we have confirmed the delivery and condition of the returned product. It may take about 14 days depending on the circumstances of the financial institution. In case of refund, we will refund by bank transfer. (We do not accept cash registered mail, etc.) If you have ordered by credit card payment and it is possible to cancel the payment, we will cancel the payment.
Repair
It is possible to send your item for repair if a fault occurs within one year of order, however in all cases the shipping cost to and from Japan must be covered by the customer.
